Hours, Response Times and What Happens Next
The office is open 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 2pm on Saturday, with Sunday on call. Commercial snow and ice clients have 24-hour emergency availability through the winter season, because a lot that has to be clear before the first shift cannot wait for opening hours.
Calls and messages are answered the same day. For a quote, the next step is a site visit: we look at grade, drainage, soil and access, because those are what actually drive the number. For commercial lawn care and commercial snow removal we walk the property and price a programme against how the site is used, not against its square footage on a map. Note that both of those are contract services for business, municipal and institutional properties — KBK does not offer routine residential mowing or residential driveway plowing.
If the project is urgent — a collapsed retaining wall, a drainage failure, a storm-damaged commercial lot — call rather than email and say so up front, and we will get someone out sooner.
